Shipping & Returns
1) When will I know/receive confirmation of my order?
We will notify you within 24 hours of the status of your order.
2) When will my item be shipped?
Your item will be shipped within 1 business day of your order conformation.
3) How will my order be shipped and how much will it cost?
Free Shipping in the contiguous states- orders will be shipped by USPS.(Free shipping on all order over $100) $5 for AK and HI
International orders or shipping with other carriers, please contact us for shipping charge.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1) What can I do if I found damaged or defective goods in my order?
If you have received a damaged or defective good, please email email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a description of the condition of the defective or damaged good. Unauthorized returns will be refused and/or disregarded.
2) Do I have to pay the shipping or postal charges for the returned item?
If we have authorized the return, you may ship it back. The buyer will pay for the shipping of the returned product to bizzou24@g and we will be responsible for shipping the product back to you. We will ship it back to you by regular mail.
3) If my return goods are confirmed as defective or damaged, may I receive a refund instead of an exchange?
A refund may only be issued if we receive the defective item and we do not have that item in stock. If we do not have that item in stock an exchange of another item, of equal value, or a refund will be made.
4) Where do I send my confirmed defective, damaged or return item(s)?

5) What will happen if my exchanged item is still defective?
Before sending out our replacement products, Bizzou7 will verify that these products are in good condition. No further replacements will be arranged.
6) What should I do if my item is not defective and I want to return it?
If you receive an item that is unwanted, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and that we will ONLY accept unwanted returns if they have not been opened and are still in good condition.
- 1. All returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
- 2. All print items that are approved by customer are NOT returnable.
- 3. Customers are responsible for the file they provide in printing.
- 4. Deposit charge is NOT refundable if cancellation after any process.
- 5. 3 FREE modifications on artwork; $15-$25 per time after three.

- 6. $15 artwork (layout change) for less than 50pcs Invitation order.
- 7. Minimum 10pcs invitation for re-order; any re-order price will be 10% on top of the original price.

- 9. All price quotes are not included tax; the local tax will be added on the actual invoice.
